Plates and fire cut pieces 400-600 HB
We endeavour to supply best quality products and therefore we prefer abrasion resistant and high-strength sheets from the Swedish producer SSAB Oxelösund. We have several hundred tonnes of abrasion resistant plates Hardox® 400, Hardox® 450, Hardox® 500 HB in stock and, in a lower quantity, also the unique material Hardox® HiTuf. We use high-strength plates Strenx® 700, too, in various thicknesses.
Using our technology we supply products made of these materials for construction, agriculture, transportation, mining and exploitation. On customers’ request we can provide a flame cut piece created according to your patterns or designs, or possibly designed by our construction department. Among our proven procedures are in particular CNC oxygen and acetylene burning and plasma cutting, but we also have the adequate machinery and extensive experience of welding, drilling, thread cutting, milling work, bending (a Swiss folding pressbrake Beyeler at our disposal which can fold parts at a maximum width of 7200 mm with a power of 700 tonnes).

We can assure you that our knowledge, procedures and experience are a guarantee of excellent products and enable us to come up with quick and effective solutions. We supply high quality abrasion resistant parts for quarries, mining, processing of mineral resources, recycling facilities, bridge constructions, various types of heavy machinery and many other applications.
