Rock Loader Buckets XHD
Rock buckets XHD for loaders are designed for machines of bigger sizes. They are ideal for use in the environment with high impact strain, abrasion and for handling material of 1800 kg / m3 and higher density. They are in particular well suited for operations such as quarry, mining or handling slag. These dippers made of solid abrasion resistant material have a proven widely opened shape optimized for minimum resistance while penetrating the material and for easy load of the dipper. The bottom of the wedge-shaped cross-section transfers the breaking power of the loader without losses. The bucket suspension is firmly connected with the reinforced upper part and through the design of the bottom with the edge. This model transfers the machine’s performance efficiently, prevents the bucket body bend and protects suspension parts. The upper part is equipped with the grid for the capacity increase and the boom protection. Certification Hardox® in My Body guarantees quality, reliability and long service life.
Rock dippers XHD are supplied with rock teeth and replaceable or weld-on protective segments between the teeth for maximum service life. Optional straight, V-shape or modified cutting edges.
