Screening buckets rotational
In cooperation with MB S.p.A. we bring the world's most comprehensive range of screening buckets, both for excavators and loaders. They are powerful, versatile and equipped with interchangeable panels with the choice of output material size. MB sorting buckets adapts to all devices and requirements. The MB-S screening buckets are ideal as a complement to crushing buckets for sorting materials before or after crushing. Their use before crushing alone allows you to save up to 60% of the time that would take crushing without prior sorting, and the sorted material can be immediately removed and processed as needed.
Proven helper in the following jobs:
- Primary selection of scrap material, demolition material, filling material for excavations, and material resulting from the reclamation of rocky soil
- Selection of pebbles in waterways
- Cleaning of beaches
- A crucial piece of equipment in all situations were smaller pieces need to be obtained
Sorting buckets are available in several weight and dimensional lines for excavators and loaders.
MB-LS Screening Bucket is the latest range for loaders up to 25 tons. The suspension is designed for easy installation on backhoe loaders, skid steer and wheel loaders.
MB-S10 Screening Bucket is the smallest of the range, best suiting excavators weighing from 4 to 8 tonnes. Due to its small size it is also suitable for gardening work!
MB-S14 Screening Bucket is suited for excavators weighing from 10 to 16 tons, it is perfect for screening natural materials, both before and after the crushing phase.
MB-S18 Screening Bucket is ideal for excavators from 16 to 30 tonnes. It is used to select natural materials such as riverbed pebbles, quarry residue, dry soil and the like.
MB-S23 Screening Bucket is the largest of the range as well as the largest screening bucket in the world: absolutely one-of-a-kind, it can be fitted to excavators from 30 tonnes on up.
