Intertractor's extensive know-how in the areas of hydrostatic driving units and steel structures along with the vast knowledge and experience gained by ITM in manufacturing undercarriage components, create a fully fledged basis for delivering products and providing services for manufacturers of construction, transportation, mining and agricultural machinery. The firms develop all-embracing systemic solutions able to meet each and every specific requirement that the customer may have. Acting through dealers and distributors, the companies supply their products not only to the primary production but also to the global market in replacement parts. Chains for machines with crawler undercarriages

  • chains with links spaced 90 to 350 mm for all earth-moving, mining, agricultural and special-purpose machines;

Track rollers and carrier rollers

Track shoes

  • rubber-coated and polyurethane-coated designs for use in special conditions and on roads;
  • bending strength and high resistance to wear in any operations guaranteed by special boronated alloyed steel and by proper heat processing;

Drive sprockets, bolted drive sprockets, weld-on drive rims, segments

  • wide assortment of drive sprockets and their rims designed for tracked earth-moving and special-purpose machines from 0.8 to 350 tonnes;
  • broad range of segments from 3 to 6 teeth suitable for all types of tracked machines weighing from 6 to 100 tonnes;

Idler wheels with tension units

  • wide range of idler wheels designed for tracked earth-moving and special-purpose machines weighing from 0.8 to 500 tonnes;
  • available in cast, forged and machined types;
  • special heat treatment for longer life and maximum resistance to large loads and impacts;
  • greased for life with double cone-shaped sealing - for standard and extreme temperatures;
  • wide assortment of idler wheels tensioned with springs, elastomers and/or nitrogen accumulators for mining machines.
