Workshop overhauls
Our company has long experience in repairing excavator buckets, loader buckets and other construction machinery attachments. A good many users of building equipment have already found out that the traditional method of welding additional steel plates onto worn buckets and dippers substantially increases the weight that the machine has to lift many times a day, which decreases the machine's performance and leads to higher operational costs and a shorter service life. Original materials fatigued or weakened by welding are prone to unforeseen failures which often cause the breakdown of a bucket or break-up of an edge.
Our solution is the thorough workshop replacement of worn out parts (bottom, sides, armour, edge) and installation of new ones mostly made of Hardox® quality abrasion-resistant materials or castings and composite materials up to 700 HBN hardness. Applying our expertise along with the experience and information about the working conditions provided by the user, we try to choose materials which, though light, ensure the best possible strength and service life over the long term even when used in diversified conditions, e.g. for jobs with the demolition ball. No matter whether the excavator, bulldozer, loader or bucket wheel excavator works in environments with the prevailing content of soil, sand, clay, gravel, limestone, kaoline, granite, basalt or other variously abrasive materials, our solution will always suit your needs.
The bucket we have repaired can last longer than a new one. Unbelievable? Give us the chance to persuade you.
