The failure of idler wheel tightening, neglect of maintenance, unprofessional installation, operating the machine with an undercarriage worn out over the limit, in a high impact operational environment or in the case of material intrusion into undercarriage space, all that could lead to breaking of the track link or rupture of the whole track chain. In such cases where quick response is essential, we keep in stock spare pins, bushings and chain links including the connecting split links. Our mobile service is equipped with a high performance mobile press which enables the repair directly on the spot, so that the bulldozer, excavator or another construction machine is put back into a working condition in the shortest possible time.
