Do you need help with precision CNC machining? We offer our individual services and occasional free production capacity on the TOS FFQ 100-SR/A6 and TOS FU 150 VA3 CNC milling centres.
For the TOS FFQ 100-SR/A6 CNC milling centre, the available table size is 1000 × 6000 mm, maximum load 10 tons, maximum axis range X = 4000 mm, Y = 1000 mm, Z = 900 mm, max spindle speed 3500 rpm, ISO 50 clamping cone.
The CNC milling centre TOS FU 150 VA3 can use a table size of 1870 × 5600 mm, maximum load of 10 tons, maximum axis range X = 3000 mm, Y = 1500 mm, Z = 1620 mm from the table without tool, max. spindle speed 4000 rpm, taper for ISO 50 clamping.
We have many years of experience and special tooling available for machining both common structural and high strength and wear resistant materials from SSAB Oxelösund, especially Hardox® and Strenx® (formerly Weldox®) steels.
