CNC machining
On occasion we offer the free capacity of TOS FFQ 100-SR/A6, our CNC Milling Centre. We perform precision machining with the aim of becoming your stable partner for small-scale and single-part production. The bench size is 1000 × 6000 mm, maximum carrying capacity 2500 kg/m, maximum ranges of axes X = 4000 mm, Y = 1000 mm, Z = 900 mm, max. spindle revolutions 3500 rpm, clamping cone ISO 50. We have long-standing experience and specialized tools available for machining both standard structural materials and high-strength and abrasion-resistant materials produced by SSAB Oxelösund, primarily Hardox® and Strenx® steels (formerly Weldox®).
