Maximum breakout force
An optimised deep bucket body shape for a 100% fill factor, with a radius that minimises the distance from the teeth to the mounting bracket for maximum transfer of digging force.
The HSR reinforced bucket is a versatile, high-performance workhorse for easily to moderately rippable materials in excavatability classes 1 to 5 with low to medium abrasiveness. It is also designed for more demanding excavation in materials such as compacted clay, soil mixed with sand or gravel, fractured or weathered granite, shale, marlstone, construction rubble and frozen ground. This bucket also proves its worth in demolition work.

Provides high stiffness and torsional resistance at the critical points where the components meet.
The optimised deep shape of the bucket body delivers a 100% fill factor. The minimised distance from the teeth to the mounting bracket maximises the transfer of digging force. The double floor radius eases penetration through the material and improves wear resistance. The bucket body tapers towards the rear and towards the upper mounting bracket, increasing productivity. The bucket body is made from a material with excellent mechanical properties, making it suitable for standard to more demanding applications where higher strength and resistance to dynamic loading are required.
They give the bucket structural integrity. The 500 HB wear-resistant cutting edge in the lower section eases penetration into the material and extends service life.
Allows a wide range of tooth shapes to be fitted to match the job in hand.
Wear-resistant floor including transverse armouring, protection of the lower side sections.
An optimised deep bucket body shape for a 100% fill factor, with a radius that minimises the distance from the teeth to the mounting bracket for maximum transfer of digging force.
The double floor radius eases penetration through the material, speeds up the fill and dump cycle and significantly improves the wear resistance of the bucket floor.
The body tapering from the cutting edge towards the mounting bracket, and the floor tapering from the cutting edge to the rear, increase productivity, minimise resistance when penetrating the ground, cut machine fuel consumption and abrasive wear, and speed up excavation and material handling.
ITR UNIK®, with good penetration and long service life, stands up to impact and wear. Available in many shape variants for every application in the construction industry.
The body is made from high-strength material for faultless operation and mechanical durability. Wear-resistant material at the points most exposed to abrasion protects the bucket and extends its resistance to abrasive wear.
The right range depends on the abrasiveness of the material and on impact loading. Click a material or a bucket range.
