For large excavators working on construction sites as well as in mining in mines and quarries, we manufacture buckets from the best materials with an emphasis on strength and resistance to wear. The design is optimised for the specific brand and type of machine. Our custom-made buckets deliver high performance precisely according to customer requirements for economical, trouble-free and profitable machine operation. A guarantee of quality, reliability and long service life is certification by Hardox® in My Body.
MAIN ADVANTAGES AND BENEFITS:
- the Esco SV2® tooth system provides optimal digging performance
- a shape for larger volume and a shorter distance between the pin and teeth for breakout force
- the bucket body made of wear-resistant, strong materials and reinforced side walls give the bucket structure integrity
- heavy floor armour plating against abrasion and cast additional protective elements on the lower side of the side walls
- solid mounting design ensures high strength and resistance
- protective covers protecting the cutting edge and sides, welded or TOPLOK®, can be easily replaced
- two-component chromium carbide blocks against wear, with a hardness of 700 HB

HD VERSION BUCKETS
The HD reinforced bucket, optimised for machines in the weight category over 50 tonnes, is best suited for earthworks and loading material of diggability classes 4 and 5. It is designed for digging in medium-hard-to-loosen materials such as compact clay, soil with sand or gravel, broken or weathered granite, shale, marlstone, construction debris, and frozen soil. Its construction is reinforced in stressed areas and wear-resistant; the wear-resistant floor is reinforced with external cross plates; the kinematics and tooth size are optimised for the specific excavator model.

XHD VERSION BUCKETS
The rock XHD version of buckets, adapted for machines over 50 tonnes, is primarily designed for working with abrasive material of diggability class 5 and higher. It is used especially for more demanding work in rocky soils and when handling broken rock such as granite, basalt, sandstone, etc. The bucket body is reinforced in stressed areas; the stronger cutting edge with tooth system and shape are optimised for the specific excavator model. The side walls and floor are fitted with heavy wear-resistant armour plating. The area of the cutting edge between the teeth and the lower part of the side walls is protected by welded, or on request easily replaceable, cast protective elements; the upper part of the side walls and cutting edge front feature two-component blocks with a hardness of 700 HB.

XXHD VERSION BUCKETS
Extra rock XXHD buckets are manufactured for excavators heavier than 50 tonnes working in the most demanding operations. They are designed for everyday work with abrasive material of diggability class 5 and higher, including solid rock of class 7 broken up by blasting, especially in quarries. The construction is reinforced; the stronger cutting edge with a tooth system of the appropriate size and shape are optimised for the specific excavator model. The side walls and floor are equipped with heavy abrasion protection and additionally reinforced on the sides with wear-resistant cast iron elements at points of greatest stress. The area of the cutting edge between the teeth and the lower part of the side walls is protected by welded, or on request easily replaceable, cast protective elements; the upper part of the side walls and cutting edge front feature two-component blocks with a hardness of 700 HB. Cutting edge shape: straight, arrow, or modified.

CUSTOM-MADE BUCKETS TO CUSTOMER SPECIFICATION
Buckets for machines in the weight category over 50 tonnes are generally optimised according to customer requirements so that they best meet the demands of working with a specific material, and we adapt the kinematics for the brand and type of their excavator with the aim of ensuring long service life, high performance and economical operation.
